What Closing Claims is
Closing Claims is an independent property adjusting practice based in Honolulu, Hawaii. We provide field adjusting, ladder assist, drone inspections, appraisals and related services to policyholders, insurance carriers, third-party administrators and independent adjusting firms.
What Closing Claims is not
We are not an insurance carrier and do not sell insurance. We do not give legal advice. We cannot guarantee a claim outcome, a coverage decision or a payment amount. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer under your policy.
Using this website
The information on this site is general. Sending a request does not create a contract for services. A service begins only when we confirm it with you or with the carrier, TPA or firm assigning the work. Service availability varies by area and may change.
Requests and matching
Requests sent through this site may be passed to a matched adjuster or provider as described in How we share information. Matched providers are responsible for their own work.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to send requests. We may block submissions that look like spam.
