What happens when you send a request
When you use the Closing Claims contact form, the coverage finder or an order button, you give us your name, contact details, ZIP code and a description of what you need. We use it to answer you and to match you with the right adjuster or service provider.
Who we share it with
We share your request only with the adjuster, ladder assist provider, drone operator, appraiser or other service provider matched to it, so they can contact you by phone, text or email. We do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
Referral fees
Closing Claims may receive a referral fee from the provider on matched services. The fee does not change what you are asked to pay us for sending a request, which is nothing.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We do not post your request publicly. Names and contact details stay private until you have asked to be connected.
Carriers, TPAs and firms
Assignment details sent by carriers, TPAs and adjusting firms are used only to review and staff the assignment and are not shared beyond the adjusters working it.
